Initiate Your Request
Log into your ABS Developers account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the products show no signs of wear.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
